This comment just confirmed what Many people and I noticed about Quality's management. Knowledge is what this team is lacking of, voiceless at CSRR, does not know how even evaluate an RMA, does not know wireless standards, cannot even drive a meeting, etc etc just very weak team stating from their management.

Hahaha you are exactly right!! That is why the customer is saying those things, there is no such team at QCT just bunch of clowns that talk to much...
Nepotism all over will make sure great company will go downhill
QCT has a quality group? Who knew?
