Are we getting bonus and raises this year? Everyone in my group has been hush hush about it all.

So is it true that Tier 4 got no bonus at all?
I agree we should be grateful.
For information, you can calculate your bonus:
Multiply your salary x bonus target. Target will depend on your grade level. 25% is the target for grade 14. The higher the grade level, the higher the bonus target. Your target is on your pay sheet that your supervisor gives you.
Take the result and multiply by bonus pool funding. That is 100% this year. This was announced on the Wave.
Then multiply by your Tier factor. I believe the Tier factors this year are 120% for T20, 100% for T40 and 90% for T30. This is supposed to be a big HR secret, but if you talk with your friends, you can generally figure it out each year.
The result is your bonus.
Should be 0% until the company becomes profitable again. That also means all the way to the top. Like Count your blessings said, be grateful you have a job!

It's more than you had yesterday and more than most will ever see. Turning losses quarter after quarter yet you are provided a bonus.
I think everyone should be truly thankful from the 5 percenters on the bottom to the lucky 25 percenters.
What's up with this 25% crap? I want and deserve my usual 45%. Also I better get a good merit and a healthy LTIP grant just like normal.
Face it. you might be getting paid now in the short term with bonuses.. but will this company exist in the mid to long term? what big projects are coming down the pipeline... The exploration director just left and there's 2 people doing exploration...

Bonus was the same to the dollar (25%).
I think a real CFO and a push to bigger wells for less money and we will all see the next era for MRO.

How in the world does this company expect to fund raises and bonuses, add rigs, and still pay their bills with negative earnings? It wasn't just a one time fluke...negative earnings for six straight quarters! Come on people and open your eyes. This is a sinking ship and we all need to grab our life vests!
