I have worked for this company for many years offshore and hard to believe why there is never an annual pay rise like most do award staff pay rise as 6 years with nothing both on salary along with offshore day rate it might be the case that my manager has been keeping it for himself and forgot about the rest

Yeah there are other priorities. Sit back, keep doing what we've always done and wait on that oil price going back up. So low energy
You must understand that there are other priorities at the moment.
The total greed of upper management that line there own pockets
the realities of becoming number 3 in the pecking order.
Their loss.. they are starting to lose many good employees to rival companies who are recruiting and offering higher salaries... maybe that's what they want so that they can avoid making more redundancies.
This shambles of a company don't give a thought on any working man that's why people never get pay rise
Remember your a number like the rest these top people don't give a toss about you or nobody else ask Jeff Miller the man that asks for staff comments but never acts on the comments like every thing else just blanked get the cash out and we'll beyond time bss crew where getting salary increase along with day rate you people are behind the times on paying offshore boys

so quit.... i dont see why everyone complains about no raises all the time. If you can do better go do it man. No one is forced to work for the company.
