A failure of transformation?

the only mother fcuking transformation that happened was cutting people head's off and mother fcukin switch to SAP. everything else s---s, the company sales team performance is poorer than ever, integration is causing low morale between cameron and slb and people who are working today are more miserable than ever. suffice to say, they will be chump changed when they bring new blood in with higher pay. my friend was seen it happen in SSO. goodluck fools
Stocks often trade at prices that are disconnected from the fair 'value'. The stock moves have traded roughly inline with the largest competitors, HAL and BHI, over the past few years of the downturn. The 'Transformation' will not have any impact on the stock price and investors perceptions of the future of the company until, and if, there are meaningful and visible impacts to earnings. Suffice to say in a previous earnings call transcript there was ZERO mention of the Transformation. This likely suggests that the Transformation isn't having that much effect on the financial results. You would think that if it were still highly transformative and beneficial for the bottom line that the Transformation would still be mentioned in the earnings calls to stock analysts.
