Work in Australia for Conoco. Can anyone tell me if vcip % is increased if u score better than a 3 on performance yearly review score

The answer is yes, you will get a % boost but it is discretionary and varies.
If what you say is true, then your supervisor is failing at his/her job.
Just merely asking a ? People in my work group have had range of scores from 2 to 4 and no one from the day I started has explained the process. i don't necessarily need to know the answer to justify my score I got.
