I pledge that I will have performance equal or better to SM and PJ, as measured by share price appreciation, but at 1/10th the cost in terms of my compensation. This will save investors nearly $1 billion over the next decade, with no loss in performance. In return, I will ask for a total compensation of only a measly $5-10m/yr, depending on how closely I match SM or PJs past performance over the last 10 years, over the next ten years.
