Left when it first started going downhill. Didn't play the a$$kissing game and focused on doing good work so I didn't get very far there.
I'm now making 3x my salary there at a much healthier company and environment. They made it seem like the world and there was nothing outside. There was a time when the QC brand was strong in SD but these days most of the folks I talk to around town see it as a joke.
I feel bad for friends who are still there and having to deal with the toxic environment
