Is she really even here anyway? maybe that is the problem? Two days a week is pathetic
the issue of color is laughable. mattel to their credit has never been one to discriminate. in my time here i've seen folks from all cultures, transitioned genders, and s-xual orientation throughout the company. Hell, they even put an unlikeable fat girl in charge! KB is another story. she never had an underling that was remotely competent which speaks volumes about her hiring practices. she needs to go after this.
Hey, last poster - don't talk about something you know nothing about. The issue with MJ was that she was given a $30,000 voucher for the MSG because of an accounting overcharge from the year before. That money was to be used for Team Events (there was one about every month or two) and customers. Instead, MJ kept it to herself and used it for her own, private use at MSG - sometimes in the suite and sometimes not. KB should've known there was a $30k credit and checked on how many tix MJ was giving herself.
Funny how I remember a post about going to HR to vent about our feelings and displeasure. KB is just as guilty - we all knew she knew what was going on. Theres only 2 damn people in the department - how could she not? Everyone knew about the meetings at MSG. Hell KB was there just as much as MJ. Typical upper management letting their Pions take the fall. I didn't really care about the discretionary bonus because quite frankly a bonus is such that, a bonus. But just sitting there and watching someone take the fall for something you obviously knew about is disgusting.

And it speaks volumes that someone from EA doesn't even know that there are many people of color that's part of our group. I know it's EA because the LA group doesn't get up this early :)
