It is destined to fail miserably. SR management is counting the money from the sale with eyes off the ball, nothing is long term, everyone is thinking beyond. There are simply ghosts at the wheel and the stores are an absolute disgrace. Who will they get to make it rebound, they have lost confidence, credibility and respect among customers and vendors. What an incredible failure

So what happens if the deal falls apart? Back to business as usual or bankruptcy?
