Even on this type of issue behind? QC is so bad that can even protect their own interest. Oh I forgot they are moving all operations to India and Singapore.

Yes they are very worried at Cabo!!!
When the business model is under threat from FTC, Apple, EU, SKorea etc .. do you think they would care about employees, immigrants and work visas ??? Absolutely not !!
maga !!
MR. TRUMP PLEASE MOVE QUICKER! THANK YOU!
Remember when Q had enough pull that the FCC carved out spectrum just for MediaFlo?
They pissed that away on Hillary speeches and Obama parties and H1b abuse.
All they can do now is call Trump and beg, but they are to stupid for that, so they will try to offshore it all and get hammered.
Of course they have always been a bit short sided, Q practically invented the smartphone, and then sold it to Nokia. What a boneheaded move.
Cool Story Bro
@aos This is what I exactly thought when I saw QC was not joining other companies. They have to play nice to the current administration. That also means that they can't say anything about the new H1B regulations. If they want the lawsuit resolved, their best strategy is to remain quiet.
Time to boycott those 127 companies.
QC don't give a sh-- about anyone.
QCOM can't piss off the new administration. They are at the mercy of the FTC and other regulators. They played their cards wrong and gave millions to Hillary, which turned out to be a losing bet. Now they need to play catch up. Apple doesn't depend on government IP protection for their existance and have 10 lawsuits at their neck right now.
