Heard the Appalachia region of Atlas is for sale or has been sold. Anyone have any information regarding this?

Well, the bids are said to close in March. I'd say that you can expect a change shortly after. They likely already had an offer which caused them to look for a potential higher bid. I'd say they'll sell to the first one interested but had to see if anyone else was interested. Good luck to all...
