everyone that used to be eligible in 2015 will be in 2017....but they will make targets very high so basically no one will get anything.
What have you heard about eligibility for 2017 ?
Listen to the C&I guy talking about design. You take a design colleagues created and you clone it and cut & paste it to death. If you anything about manufacture you'd perhaps realise it can be a bit of an overcomplicated design and that lots of cost could be saved without compromising function.
There are a couple of good engineers there but the rest are in the department due to service length not brains or creativity.

Yes your right, it does take everyone and why should we all not just the few share the incentive bonuses, but believe me the bonus is thought of as a windfall at the start the year and Dies anyone really care about anything else ... don't think so.
Also talking about team work, working together with internal customers and decisiveness. There lies the problem ... no team work, scoring systems, face fitting, jobs for mates and working together within departments barely exists.
Don't think it'll ever change, people in charge have no new ideas, and to many yes folks at all levels.
9iua and mad sad and bad, what you both seem to be forgetting is that it takes everyone at arbroath to make stuff. yes the glorious engineers might design stuff but without planners, procurment,material handlers ,machinists, inspectors, coating plant operatives, goods in and out , assemblers, and export there wouldnt be any money coming in the door. so why should only one part of the factory get an incentive above every other part ?. American company with American values a divide and conquer mentality and a small town mentality combined to ensure team work is only a phrase on paper not a reality. Viva la revolution!!!!
you havent seen many trsv's,wlrsv's or pkrs being manufactured over the past 5yrs ? where have you been singapore ? try walking through the doors next to the nurses office into the shiny grey space with machines in it. you will see all the bits for these lying around the place.

It's great to have Singapore Engineers trained to service our products in Asia Pacific region. Just a pity they sent a guy out there for couple years who hadn't been upto task, you know who you are or who it is.

The scrap man has benefited from poor manufacture, not design.

Concentric Annular Packoff Systems (CAPS), Lubricator Valves (LV4), Chemical Injection Subs (CS2), Anvil Plugs, all great C&I designs designed by the former Petroleum Engineering Services (PES). Just as well for those as well so Arbroath can benefit.

Haven't seen many Halliburton TRSV's, WLRSV's or PKR's being manufactured in Arbroath for at least 5 years.

that will be the same C&i that have been trying to get singapore up and running to undercut Arbroath then ? May I also commend you on the service to local Scrappies from youre excellent product. Enjoy youre bonus I am sure no guilt will be felt by yourself that the rest of us will get zero yet again. I am also pretty sure there are other products made at Arbroath Caps, lub valves, trsvs, wlrsv, packers and other such minor stuff you must be struggling to see from upon high.
We deserve every penny for the design work and knowledge of FS valves, Arbroath manufacture wouldn't have anything to make and be on the scrap heap if not for that. I say hard hats off to the C&I Engineers.

If your from Arbroath then cmon thro and ask us and see if anyone will admit they qualify.
