Hallmark of a company that underpays. I've never worked for another firm that essentially says, "But look how much we pay for your insurance!!" It's almost tacky. So, if anyone from management is still monitoring this page, take a hint. Don't justify underpaying. It only makes it worse.

What a pathetic excuse for a company. They'll do anything to save a dollar - because they worship it. It's not worth selling your soul to work for a company that treats you like human garbage. Leave and reach your full potential.
