So have we hit the iceberg? Are we at 45 degrees? Are we at 90 degrees to the waterline? Are we at 90 degrees and the ship just broke in half? Are we rapidly sinking to the bottom and management just took all the life rafts? I am sure we hit the iceberg but it is tough to tell where we are after that...any thoughts?

Everyone calm down! Yes, only half the boat is above water, but we have to shrink to grow. Now I'm getting in my life raft with the rest of the SLT, including the individuals in the wheel house that hit the ice berg. You will all make it out alive.. Bye.
Love the analogy. Yes, we've hit the iceberg. Yes, all management are occupying the few life rafts. And they're all chanting the SPIRIT values like a mantra as they watch the rest of us sink.
