New exploration chief couldn't find oil if you poured it on his head. I don't think the good Dr. JD cares much about drilling and finding. He will have fun with his group of friends for a few years and then retire.

Her replacement isn't any better. The pure pork prospect guy had a key role in every one of Noble's international exploration failures. He also claims responsibility for the few successes but they all pre date him. The pork guy is well known for grossly exaggerating resourse estimates and bullying the technical staff into signing off on them. He's also backfilling slots with his handpicked, loyal and like minded buds. With this group in charge expect more dry holes and more layoffs.
