I do understand store associates do need a raise but it shouldn't be on the expense of others losing their jobs
The goal of these raises is to improve customer service and associate productivity, but none of these things happened. You go to the store and you can hardly find someone to help you.
If that is not the case; I challenge Walmart exec to cut their multi million dollar salary for one year to save their associates jobs. I this for one year that should be enough
