Our store was down at least 50% for online orders from last Christmas season. We would have 200-300 orders a day or more last Christmas. This year we had less than 100 per day. We also had no boxes to ship things out and we used detergent or other boxes to ship things. Also, last year we had UPS coming two to three times a day, this year they came once every three days.

Weird. We have never been busier with IR. It was up 30% to last year while store sales are close to 1.5 million short to last year. I have never seen us soooooo slow during the holidays and I have been with Kmart for close to a decade, but we were definitely busy with IR. It got so ridiculous with the system allowing someone to order a clearance shirt that showed we had 1 on hand. Good luck finding that in the 50 carts of go backs that we don't have the staff to put away!
