Well said the words are correct yes the industry shall pick up and when it does there will be many open positions to move on to this will result in companys having to pay a wage some thing that Halliburton does not only to managers. vp & lets not forget the board members they all make enough with there large uncalled for salary along with shares. For the normal working man what we get is shafted all over and bleed you dry.Another thing that they need to do is come away from this job titles ie assistant operator levels and all that follows after that what I describe this as is cheap labour.
This company needs to listen to the work force as at the end of the day they would not have a company if it was not for the working class and finally why does this company get away with not paying people extra payments for working away Christmas & new year good idea for the chiefs to cash in some of there shares and this would cover this issue along with many other issues there is with the work force as morale is at an all time low
When and if the industry picks up. Move on. Halliburton could care less about you or your family
well that shall depend on next quarter results and how many people they can pay off this company has no respect for the working man when does any working men get a pay rise and 1 thing for sure is that when the climate picks up there shall be many people moving on for better futures.
Stilll waiting to see if we shall get offsahore bonus for being offshore both xmas-new year but I have little faith just the board level and managers
