So petrol prices are going up at a steady rate, oil prices have stabilised now the important question is will I get the 4 years I need to make retirement ?

Morale shall never increase with this leader of the pack all we get is ilearns do this do that I never see a message from board or the manager what a lot of bull saying any thing different might need to change there company name to the GREED COMPANY as that how I feel any many others.
You'd be best served if you work on another plan for employment. Hopefully the oilfield has stabilized for the time being, but it remains volatile. Ride it out as long as you can stand it and then move along elsewhere. There are much more rewarding and pleasant industries to work in than the oilfield.
but wait we have the new rating system that is replacing the ppr , this will allow supervision the chance to give a more accurate assesment of our performance. That is if you ever see your manager from one year to the next, oh and there is no money in the bank to pay even a token raise ! pity the dimwits blew 3.5 billion could have given all workers a small rise to raise morale a bit.
