Glassdoor shows Senior principle architect $155k - which seems to be pretty low. A friend who got offered as consultant (15+ years of experience) as network architect is evaluating how much salary he would make if he would get offered full time and the above number in glass door is not encouraging. Even Director salary seem to be peaked at 190k.

If you spell "senior principle architect" then you don't deserve that salary. Period.
If you spell Segundo then you don't deserve it!
