I've never seen a energy/oil company keep all thier executives/managers after this many layoffs and downsizing. If they want to cut costs then they really need to make some major moves or layoffs. I really don't understand why they have not??
Noble is full of incompetence in the management ranks. It's no wonder they are such a poor performing company.
Answer to previous writer; How did Gary get where he is now?
Very simple: Has to be KNEEPAD and CHAPSTICK. He indeed is one of the ugliest clowns. He looks mean, ugly and scary. I remember in one of Noble Halloween celebration my niece started crying as soon as she saw Gary even though he did not have any custom on. Get rid of him! I agree.
I will never forgive or forget this guy...
Most incompetent manager I have worked for in my career. How did he get where he is??
To answer the question directly - YES Gary Willingham is one of the clowns.
Gary allows this organization to continue down it's path. The organization is too top heavy with too many managers that were promoted well beyond their individual capability. This premature promotion has created an entire organization of ignorant managers that don't know how to lead, but act like they are competent. This arrogance is demonstrated every time a mid level manager refers to themselves as the "executive leadership team" or the ELT's. Most of them don't know what they are doing nor how to do it. AND...... they are demoralizing the individuals that work for them.
so again - YES Gary is one of the clowns that continues to allow this to happen. More layoffs of "managers" are needed with the corresponding expansion of production individuals.
Yes, Willingham is one of the clowns. He dressed just like a clown too
Cameroon. Senegal. Nicaragua. Falklands. Sierra Leone. Paid $2BB too much for Rosetta. But, all is well. Thank God and Susan and GAP, Gabon is going to save us.
I like working for Noble. The work is interesting and the people are great!
I agree, Noble Energy is by FAR the worst energy company I have ever worked for. What scares me the most is that so many of the technically competent people have been cut....where do we go from here? There is no future. If/when the industry picks up, I am hightailing out of this disaster.
Is Willingham one of the clowns??
Even after four layoffs in 18 months, Exploration, finance, HR, and Legal are the worst and the most over staffed departments. HR and Legal especially Legal added to staff. You got to love those "service" groups.
You MUST get rid of Susan Cunningham and her SDR’s. This is the only way to save Noble. We already heard too much B.S. from her in the town hall meetings. Kick her out or wait for the fourth round of layoffs.
Get rid of Stover & all the clowns underneath him. He is a joke! Rippen the workers off and the company off. He is laughing at everyone and the board
- incompetent *
We all needed Noble to be a much better company than it is. We All put our careers and families in their trust. As it turns out they the most uncompently run oil and gas company in the patch. They are a huge disappointment.
The worst run company I have worked for in my 30 years in this industry.
This is an accurate statement.
