VERP is true. Got fedex yesterday!
I don't think the VERP talk is true, but if it is, what's to share? If you are deemed eligible, you will be contacted. If you aren't - you wont.
For those that are, a bunch of people will balk and say they aren't doing it, in the end - everyone will take it just like last time.
