If they want to get out of paying out of paying on RSUs, Nebraska WARN requires 60 days notice for mass layoff. Notice will likely fall between Dec 26 and Jan 2ish. You will get either severance OR the ability to cash out on RSUs, but you can bet your a-- your not getting both.
there are a bunch of people still being served the Kool-Aid, drinking it down, and its crazy still believing it is all going to be good. look at the executive payouts folks, it would have been hard pressed to continue before them, quite drinking the juice, it's not going to be there for you long.
I think everyone already knew this. If they didn't, per usual the wool is being still pulled over.
