A lot of other companies have the ability to work from home (American Express, Apple, Verizon, ATT). Can out customer service reps work from home? Seems like a better option than a layoff...

I worked from home for the past eight years.....and still got laid off.
I'm in Management at AT&T and no non-management employee has the ability to work from home because VPN access is granted to management and field employees.
