Heard that they are announcing next week a downsizing of Department Supervisors.
Home depot is a Joke, and do not value their employees despite what they say in public. They keep people in leadership positions (men and women) who have no idea of what they are doing.
They cover up layoffs by fabricated performance propaganda ane gear it towards employees who arent spending their day kissing or serving someone in the company. Our service is meant for customers who pay all of our salaries....

The facts I was seriously mistreated so much I almost had a mental breakdown and was not the only female in the same boat. Was on depression medicine and honestly hated the way I was treated and threatened for my job every day I went to work. I quit and I have a new job and I'm not on any medication for depression and I actually enjoy going to work so maybe if there is layoffs it's a blessing because I only wish I would have quit sooner. I will never let a job bully me like that again and I'm only ashamed that I stayed as long as I did. Loving my new job loving life.
I love going from being a valued associate receiving awards from an SVP and the CMO to being laid off one month later after more than ten years of service. Then they have that huge earnings announcement yesterday. "Taking care of our People"

Lay off 2,000 corporate salaried employees...
They happened on Monday...
