Why don't we discontinue everything in the electronics department and turn them into VHS rental stores. Then we can blame employees inability to convince our members how much better renting VHS tapes is compared to the low cost of HD digital content. Maybe we could even get a good Deal Flash on 8 tracks.

We have no electronics dept anymore. It is clear what is going on. I am an AACM and I telling you to take advantage of what you can while you can. The Black Friday tire sale is where you want to be if you need tires. There is only limited inventory. This is you get back at Eddie. I haven't totaled up the damages I have to Eddie with the SYW/employee discount/tax evasion malarkey that I have pulled but it is all legal and it is all within corporate policy. I am well into the four figures since starting last June.
I think there was a divide between FLS and AC when I started but not anymore. We do a lot for full line and sometimes we run a zero invoice because technically we do offer many free services. My philosophy on that is that if FLS employees can't get to work then we are even shorter on what staff we do have. It was the attitude and policy of Fast Eddie that every department be a separate corporation and that hurt Sears severely.
I don't care if I get fired but my attitude is that we are all in this together and we should help each other. We are all going to go down together but we are not going down hating each other. If we are going to go down then we are going down helping each other.
