The ELT, HR, and Ethics should be ashamed of themselves for keeping this piece of garbage in a manager role. A precedent has now been set that employees should be able to get away with this same stuff. Would be good ammo to use in a lawsuit.
The best are the photos from Vegas clubs...how much he paid those girls to dance with him I'm sure we will never know.
A request, save the videos fro when he is one of the ELT ... much more fun.
SC seems to have a free pass with HR. (Or he has some real dirt on someone.) I cant wait for the videos to start coming out showing his gross behavior at company events. I hear they are great.

Ethics only applies to peeons, the bosses can do whatever they like if it makes money for ConocoPhillips.
