What do ya'll think they will do with corporate headquarters once BPS takes over? Looks like a great satellite campus to me!

Drain the ponds and then shovel out all the BS being served to employees by execs and start a fertilizer company. The only thing is once the execs are gone so is the supply of BS.
How about a large kennel for Tommys show dogs.

The city has been wanting to build a new building for all the grade schools.
Heck they could put the police departments, fire department, and grade schools in those buildings.
The possibilities are endless. They better snap them up before one of the corporations that are just busting down the city's doors realizes the opportunities.
