I walk into HQ each morning and throw up a little in my mouth when I see the huge Accountability sign. Who has been held accountable table for:
Saying no dividend cut then five weeks later cutting the dividend?
Attrocious forecasting of prices?
Saying no layoffs are planned then planning layoffs?
The wasted COST project?
The deepwater fiasco?
Too much office space?
6,000 too many employees?
The extra executive jet?
Not accepting acceptable offers for properties because of lies and cronyism?
Exploration continued failure?
$30B in unproductive capital expenditures?
We have just completed the annual employee ratings. The BoD should fire the entire ELT.
