If UoPX is considered "Democrat friendly," they may not get a break from ED in 2017. Phoenix has historically sided with Democrats (e.g. Nancy Pelosi) and has had Jane Oates as their voice in DC but that will have to change. They do have AZ frienships (e.g. McCain).
