So how much money do you think the ELT just gave themselves buy electing to buy back shares? Joe average gets no raise for years but they just bumped their incentive packages up a notch as they all probably have a large number of shares and will make millions of dollars.

No, I would line up the pocket of the worker bees and protect thier interests and at same time give value to shareholders. Thisselfish way of thinking ( me and me alone no matter what happens to others) is the cause of the problems in the world.
