Real estate company says at least four high ranked Bartlesville managers have unofficially started looking for homes in west Houston. They obviously know Bartlesville is going to be shut down and ConocoPhillips is moving out! Will it happen this year or first quarter next year?

Nice try "B"vile -sshole! Going north is never going to happen. You go right on trying to hold on as long as you can and be sure you pay your house off!
Edit: I ran into an old friend from Houston today in the Bartlesville complex and he said he was here to look at office space. His group is based down south? Why is he here looking at office space?
If you haven't signed a Buyer's Rep Agreement with the Realtor, that agent works for the seller. The have no fiduciary or legal obligation of confidentiality to you. If this is true, whoever is looking f-ed up.

Does your obsession with Bartllesville keep you up at night. If you have all the answers then why are you still trolling here? Maybe you guys could meet at the next nerd convention, kiss and make up.
There's that Bartlesville lover again! Who is going to be able to sell their home in Bartlesville at or above what they paid for it? He needs to wake up a realize that just like a few years ago in Bartlesville houses will set with windows boarded up with no buyers st any price!
You must not have ever transferred within the company. There is a loss protection for selling your home, but there is also a substantial bonus paid if you are able to sell your home without the company purchasing it.
Good stuff! Keep it coming the Bartlesville lover is going crazy!
Just a thought but they don't even need to contact a realtor in Bartlesville till after transfer because they have loss protection. That means the leak is probably coming from Houston.
I went out and got a sales agent when I worked for a smaller company in Dallas years ago and heard my division might get transferred to Midland. I knew how tight those housing markets can be and if 80 of us showed up all at once in that town it would be harder to get a house. I didn't even have to pay the sales agent unless I actually bought a house.
Another made up useless post from the Bartlesville hater.
Go to the County tax database, look for a specific person and record their address, then It is quite simple to look at Zillow and see if there house is for sale.
Think about it. If the privileged elite have found a way to make it out of Barfsville and are looking for Houston living arrangements they have also likely pinged a realtor or two about the potential sale on this side trying to do some math. Around this weird little town you can trust that absolutely nothing remains confidential.
Think what you want but information intentionally or unintentionally leaks out every day! Something like this can easily accidentally be noticed by unrelated staff and mentioned to a friend and whoops! It's out!
The purpose of this website is to divulge information that should not be divulged.
I do not understand how someone at COP could have this information from a realtor, that should be private information. I have never known a realty company to divulge clients moving intentions without written permission. I would vote this post as fake at best.
why dont you leave COP and move to a different location, if they are not willing to transfer you..
you keep bringing bartlesville in every topic on forum :-)
