The Zenith Education Group seems like a good organization helping establish careers without prejudice. However I had Manager of Strategic Initiatives in MN today tell me "F-- You" over my opinion and political stance that was not his own. Though not all political views are viewed the same as all Americans, that does not warrant that kind of behavior. Your group accepts people of all races, s-xes, s-xual orientation and religions and I do the same. This is the kind of intolerance that is not acceptable. Words of hate over a political matter is not acceptable. I went to school with this person which shouldn't matter but I would hope for a more professional manner in your Management, especially when speaking to a female.

In our current highly charged political environment, I am not sure why you would even have that kind of non-work related conversation with your manager, especially if you already knew his/her political stance. Not excusing the rude response, but there is enough stress in the organization already. Don't go looking.....
