I heard 8-15% Sal hike for eng/sr, 3% for stf+.
Bon 7-10% of annual. Stk 100-300.

RSU are lesser than 2015 nov #s. divide 2015 nov #s by 2 to estimate what you will get.
bonus is same as nov 2014 or april 2014.
salary hike dont ask.
