With Northrop Grumman it is like a drug cartel. If you are not in the smoke and mirror and the lets trade profit for people crowd or how about our product just flat s---s now because when we bought the company that was making it at a cost the customer could afford we trashed their capability and absorbed it into our incompetent management machine and the IPT circles in which no one is in control and know one can be held accountable. Laid off because us Grey beards knew to much and made to much. They used severance pay to smoke screen their legal reprisals of age discriminations. I was 52 with kids in college when the knife went in my back.... I lucked out but many did not..... I just hope they don't go under before I can collect my pension when I am eligible .

I was 58 and was laid off. They gave me 1 hour (supervised) to pack my belongings and was escorted off the property. Every one of us laid off that day was over 55 years of age.
I know at least 2 people in fifties laid off like this.
