congrats JH, i must admit that you are the best of all other sing3 worst TLs but still you are not competent to take this post.
of course anything can happen in sing3. even 5year old kid can lead the team and the team lead who stole office secretary job can handle multiple psls without single cent technical and management skill.
complete mess in sing3. i am afraid that it starts to cost too much to halliburton in near future.
