You forgot to mention that beach has tar balls, red tide and the water looks like a toilet bowl.

No that's not it. Denver has all of that. It's just that they don't want to live in the arm pit of the country. Once you have lived in God's country you can't go to a hell hole like Houston.

Nobody in Denver wants to go to Houston.
It would be an easy way for DS to get rid of people. I don't know may people who would move to H town.
We have plenty of space here in Houston now for all you Denver folks when Dave pulls the plug on WTC and CSB.
WTC and CSB are very expensive in term of rent. The rumor is that both office are doomed ....
