I suspect OP and irru ( same person?) are just trying to stir the pot and get a reaction. Forcing UoP to close would be a monumental disaster for DOE in terms of loan forgiveness, and career suicide for those involved. Look for DoE to figure out a way to let the business wind down slowly via consolidations and teach outs. Think CCI.... For those of you who will point to ITT, that was on a much smaller scale.
DOE turning off federal funds December 1, 2016. UOP to close in new year. If you are a student, sue this dump before they file for bankruptcy protection.
