Is warn triggered by number or %, exceptions by locations?
The last calendar day of the month when the 69 or 64 day notice ends. Example if you were affected on Nov 3rd. Your last notice day is approx Jan 6th you are covered until Jan 31st. Then you need to get cobra or your own coverage
AFAIK, 60 days (I think 64 this time?). Everyone affected is still essentially a NetApp employee until the 60 days are up (thanks to WARN Act).
