yes, but we choose to go after the folks who pilfer food from the refirdgerato or leave their leftovers until they mold over , we think we can make a change there , nepotism not so much

Nepotism may be rife, family ties to the fore pure incompetence rewarded by continued service , but life is never boring if you dont take things to serious. No1, No2, or no3 who cares as long as the wages get paid we are all controlled by a management team that has no concern for us drones as long as we keep there bonuses coming so feck them all pick up youre wage and chill,

Actually, probably more cronyism goes on, at least in DMC. LOTS of people left in positions or kept from layoffs who are buddies with the bosses, 'cause that's what bosses do...........keep people without knowing if they can actually do their job.

Don't forget about Sperry North Belt..... So many promoted to technical advisors when they should probably only be senior engineers. Talk about promotion above the level of INCOMPETENCE.

Arbroath is so rife with nepotism its beyond belief. It stands to reason that the factory being in Arbroath the majority of workers should come from there, but the managment is packed with friends and school mates of our senior pgl. the incompetent relations that litter the factory do us no favours they carry on there lazy fault ridden days as if nothing has changed. a good clear out would do no harm to the place a change of managers at all levels would help us move forward

Arbroath is. The operations manager is a powerless puppet. The plant is really controlled under him by a nepotistic micromanager who has appointed a gaggle of local yes men (you all men who you are) who are unable to think for themselves. Whatever happened to the best man for the job?
