I'm a ppg employee and with this company making 15 billion dollars last year I don't see how is is OK for them to lay anybody off if it wasn't for those employees doing their jobs as good as they do this Company wouldn't be where it is and all I hear from ppg upper management is how us as employees are Important to the growth of this company if they are find a spot in this company for them or is what ppg says a Bunch of b---s--- and you don't really care about your employees your just blowing smoke up our a-- just to get you product so ppg stand behind the ethics you preach or just say that u are just like every other company out there and that u don't give a sh-- about your employees just your big a-- CEO yearly bonus

15 billion refers to revenue, not profit. You need to understand the basics of business before making claims of how a company "should be run."
They use to care about their employees but in the last 15 or 20 years all they have cared about is the almighty dollar. Why do you think they are outsourcing jobs They don't give a damn
They don't care about employees, and that's a fact.
