What is the Conversion rate on shares from old company to new company?

Shares will be worthless that's obvious ffs
Delusional about the price remaining the same. The day before they exchange the shares buyers will be owning to reap the $17.50 and thus the $17.50 will be factored into the old BHI share price. After the shares are exchanged and the $17.50 has been paid the new BHI shares won't have the special dividend factored into the price. So will the new share price be the previous days close minus $17.50? Or does the GE input into the new Baker Hughes make the new Baker Hughes share price harder to predict?
They will give a one time payment of $17.50 per share. Price remains the same
That depends on what Crackerhead decides. He still needs to screw everybody as much as he can. Crackerhead needs to pad his account with the sweat from the remaining BHI employees.
Did you just awake from a coma? It will be curious to see what new Baker Hughes shares will be priced at initially and where they will settle price wise initially.
