I sit here in the Argosy compound and laugh at the Jokers that think they are so important here. Really Gav??

Who's the best manager there? Who's the worst?

It is a terrible shame how this place turned out. I have been here for many years, more than most at AUO. Usually, problems start at the top, so the obvious offender is Gavlik. Assuming he is "in charge", and not simply a yes man to someone above him, he is to blame here. Although I have no idea whatsoever how I have lasted this long, over the years there have been countless numbers of good, honest and caring people who have been let go for one petty reason after another. Management simply does not care how the employees are treated, and unfortunately that is the truth. I remember a few years ago, we were all fired, but told we could re-apply (beg) for our jobs once again. It was just another way to weed out people and belittle them with no regard to their loyalty or work ethic. Matt, if this were a sports team you would have been fired long ago. I have no feelings toward Gavik good or bad, however I do know that if the team is underperforming you don't cut the entire team, like you do Gav, or get your managers (using that term loosely), to do the hatchets for you, but the manager or managers have to go. You have managers who have never worked at a school before in their lives. It's really a sad joke how you pick your managers. I could name dozens of people who have experience in this field that you never even consider, several who work here still. But since they are not your buddies, or are not necessarily the ladies you prefer, they will never be managers there. Mediocrity breeds mediocrity and it starts with a guy who knows NOTHING about the school business other than what someone at AUO told him. Please tell us, Gav about your experience in the school business before AUO... and also your managers' backgrounds in education... You will slowly pick off the high salaries, with compliance this or compliance that, me included, until it's down to a manageable figure. So when the place closes, if you decide to give severance, the cost will be minimal. Oh, and one last thing.... The CEO or president, or whomever it is, sending an e-mail to all staff as a Christmas gift/greeting???? Really low class, and just one more indication of your lack of concern for your own employees. Thanks for nothing (literally)...

I was an ADA with Gav recruiting in the early early days. He was a terrible monotone robot on the phone. He was fed very well by the Director Kelly W at the time which led to his promotions. They are all just puppets doing as they're told. Garbage in.... garbage out... 🙃😀
