PK and Tillerson are both members of the National Petroleum Council which is a US federal government chartered & funded Scientific Advisory board (Trump is looking to cut these boards - drain the swamp). Why a non-US citizen is allowed to advise on US energy policy is a question worth asking. At least the folks on the NPC don't need to supplement their incomes with US tax $
