No merit increase for the past a couple of years. Most people were giving lateral moves just for the sake of career development. Only a few lucky ones got a true promotion with a good bump on the pay. Have heard someone was given a better title as promotion and recognition in lieu of any monetized reward. The HR is really cheap nowadays.

I was offered a position in the Ponca City to Houston transfer with no salary change whatsoever. This company is horrible.
I was given a lateral move with no change in pay only to find out later that they expected me either to fail, quit, or retire. Know this, this company never does anything for you're own good.
I have been promoted multiple times and have yet to receive a pay increase. Responsible for huge budget and many staff.
I earned a promotion with a pay grade change. Good bump that made up for no merit increase over the last 2 years.
