SHTC, UK is very tight lipped about the results sitting with management team

What is Anton Planning?
Results should be made available to all who took part in this survey, you cannot rely on your manager to share the results with you, you should not need to ask for the outcome.
Trust, Honesty & Transparency are sadly lacking here today at SHTC .
No wonder so many staff feel they cannot trust management within SLB.
up to the relevant manager to show his/her team the results and action plans
Doing the survey was not compulsory unless you are an as*-licking blue boy and were scared of not getting a good SLP3....which is of Jack all use in any case.
As all staff were ordered to comply with this survey the results should be made directly visible to all of them.
So why G12 grade and above only ?, what have you got to hide, be open and transparent .
results are open to anyone g12 and above

No surprise really, it's such a miserable place to work now, expect more jobs cuts.
More people need to ask what the result of this pointless tick box exercise is.
