Most of them are not moving. For one, they are not being offered enough of a pay increase to offset the difference in cost of living. For another, those people are sick of being treated like sh*t. Better to take a lesser paying job where they're appreciated than to continue to work for a company should has absolutely no respect for its employees.

In Italy we have plenty of orders, overtime and a 6 days production week are in the talks. Meanwhile we are forced to outsource most production to third parties just to satisfy the demand, but they don't want to hire anyone. So you guys better keep working as hard. Drill baby drill.
