We are absolutely not poised for our best year yet. Did you bother to listen to the earnings call? Refining margins are in the dumps and aren't expected to recover soon. As diversified as we are, Refining is still the cash cow.
Whether or not this translates to layoffs is yet to be seen. You're burying your head in the sand if you think all is good though.
