It doesn't pay to give your heart and soul to any company. The company will just stomp on it and crush your spirit. Also, don't work extra hours and bust your ***- it only benefits the company and you end up feeling stupid.

the one AP person we have probably feels the same.
we find tons of stolen stuff, so they are not nabbing the thieving customers.
easier to keep an eye on employees and make them feel watched.
the thieves that hit us all the time have no worries.
they know they have plenty more rights than an employee.

I worked as an Outfitter for two and a half years. The place s---ed the very soul out of me. There is zero trust between management and hourly people. AP looks at every employee as a thief. No job security.
