We start closing at 10pm next week. Could this mean more mandatory overtime? We're short staffed for regular hours! Appliances often covers breaks/lunches in the jewelry department, but they won't do that all month long.

Update: No over time, it meant 1 associate per department.
Code 3 being paged repeatedly with no one to help. Zone manager sitting in the office with SM ignoring the pages for help. Members asking where all the associates are. I see Jewelry customers giving up and leaving because 1 person is stuck behind the register. Same in hardware....
